Set up the night
Start with a date and a name the crew will recognize.
- Open Plan and tap Plan my night
- Name the night and pick the date it starts
- Add a crew budget if you want one
- Tap Save
Line up the stops
Add stops in the order you expect them. Stops after midnight take the next day's date, so the running order stays right.

Add the crew
Open Your crew and type each friend's name. Names stay on your phone. Adding someone doesn't invite them or share anyone's location.
Prepare
Before you go has a short checklist. Add your own items, such as a charger or a jacket for the morning.
Share it
Tap Share plan to send a plain text copy through any app. It lists the stops and the crew, and any after still needs the host's yes.
Questions about planning a night
Do my friends need the app?
No. You keep the plan and share a text copy. There is no live tracking or shared editing.
Can I plan more than one night?
One complete saved night is free. AfterHours Studio, an optional one-time purchase, keeps more nights.
Can I add an after to the plan?
Yes. From an after's page, tap Add to my plan. Only the public area goes into the plan.
