Before you go
Choose a friend in Safety or Settings. Charge your phone and arrange a way home before the night starts.
When you arrive
On your address pass, tap I'm here. It opens a text to your friend in Messages, and AfterHours reminds you later to say you got home.
On the way home
Tap Share where I am to text your friend your location. Tap I'm home safe when you get in. Nothing is sent until you tap send.
If you need help
Hold the Hold for help button for a second. Then choose to call the emergency number for where your phone is set up, or to text your friend. A quick tap does nothing, so it can't go off in a pocket.

Questions about getting home safe
Does AfterHours track my location?
No. Your location goes into a message only when you choose to add it and tap send.
Does the app call for me?
No. Hold for help opens a choice. You place the call or send the text yourself.
Keep your friend posted
Safety is one tap from every screen, with check-ins and help that only send when you say so.
