Terms

Last updated 4 October 2026

These terms cover your use of the AfterHours app, published by Joao Vitor Humenhuk Achutti, a sole trader, 38 Allenby Street, Tel Aviv-Jaffa 6332512, Israel. Apple's standard licence for apps from the App Store also applies.

What AfterHours is

AfterHours lists afters that hosts post, lets guests ask to join, and lets hosts decide who gets the address. The publisher does not organise, run, visit or vet any after, and does not check who hosts or who attends beyond the account they sign in with.

AfterHours is not an emergency service. "Hold for help" opens your phone's own dialler and Messages, and you place the call or send the text. If you are in danger, call your local emergency number directly.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or over, use your own Apple account and give your real first name. One account each.

Zero tolerance

There is no place on AfterHours for abuse, harassment, threats, hate, sexual content, anything involving drugs, paid company, or anyone under 18. Don't post an after you aren't hosting, and don't give a false address. Wording about drugs or paid company is refused when you post it, and everything else is caught by reports. Reports are read by a person, and we act on them within 24 hours. We remove content and suspend accounts, without warning when someone's safety is at stake.

Hosting

A host is responsible for their after and everyone in it, including following local law on noise, licensing, alcohol and the age of guests.

Your content

What you post is yours. You allow the publisher to store it and show it to the people the app shows it to, for as long as the privacy page describes. The publisher claims no other rights over it.

Price

AfterHours is free and sells nothing inside the app.

Liability

AfterHours is provided as it is. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, liability is limited to the amount you have paid for AfterHours in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Israel, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
